Nuit Tombée is a hand-embroidered sharara set built from black net — sequins and resham motifs descending across the body in the shape of leaves mid-fall, each one placed by hand against sheer tulle that holds darkness the way still water does. The halter collar is finished with bead-tassels that hang patient and weightless, catching whatever light the room offers. Beneath, the sharara breathes wide and unhurried, its crepe moving without urgency. At every hem, more tassels — a quiet punctuation that the eye finds last.
From first sketch to final tassel, a designer sits with the idea before a single bead is touched. The base net is then cut and mapped by hand, the embroidery worked panel by panel, each sequin and resham motif placed in sequence. The tassels at collar and hem are knotted individually, so that each one falls with the same weight as the last. Restraint, here, is the most considered form of craft.
