RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY – Dorie Atelier
At Dorie Atelier, each piece is crafted with the utmost care, blending tradition with modern couture. Because our garments are made-to-order and often customized, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to protect the integrity of our craftsmanship while ensuring fairness to our clients.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

All items must be in original packaging with product tags intact.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Custom-sized or tailored suits are FINAL SALE.

Failure to meet these conditions will result in rejection of the return/exchange.
Validity for Returns & Exchanges

Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

All approved returns are processed as store credit or to the original payment method.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect.
Exchanges

Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

If the replacement item is of lesser value, the balance will be issued as store credit.
Other Terms & Conditions

Returns can only be made once per item.

Shipping charges (original, return, or exchange) are non-refundable.

Our policy does not cover damages due to wear, improper care, or accidental damage after receipt.

Dorie Atelier reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
