RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY – Dorie Atelier

At Dorie Atelier, each piece is crafted with the utmost care, blending tradition with modern couture. Because our garments are made-to-order and often customized, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to protect the integrity of our craftsmanship while ensuring fairness to our clients.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • All items must be in original packaging with product tags intact.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Custom-sized or tailored suits are FINAL SALE.

  • Failure to meet these conditions will result in rejection of the return/exchange.

Validity for Returns & Exchanges

  • Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

  • All approved returns are processed as store credit or to the original payment method.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

  • If the replacement item is of lesser value, the balance will be issued as store credit.

Other Terms & Conditions

  • Returns can only be made once per item.

  • Shipping charges (original, return, or exchange) are non-refundable.

  • Our policy does not cover damages due to wear, improper care, or accidental damage after receipt.

  • Dorie Atelier reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
