Sama is a structured corset and wide-leg pant set in sage silk satin — a colour that sits somewhere between a cloudy morning and the inside of a shell. Along the sweetheart neckline and at the corset hem, crystal and pearl motifs have been arranged in small garlands, each drop knotted by hand so it falls at its own length, the way water does from a leaf after rain. The choker completes the thought — the same moti work, now close to the throat. Beneath it all, the wide-leg pant falls clean and uninterrupted, letting the embellishment above breathe.
Each garland motif is drawn before a single stone is touched, the silk cut and boned panel by panel, the moti work placed one piece at a time until the placement feels inevitable rather than chosen.
